This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products purchased through Printable Art.
All products sold on Printable Art are digital downloads. By nature, digital files cannot be physically returned once delivered.
Refunds are only available for items that have not yet been downloaded. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final and no refund will be issued.
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order ID. We will verify whether the item has been downloaded and process your request accordingly.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading a purchased file, please contact support. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund regardless of download status.
